Built on Experience. Driven by Community.
Guided Immigration Solutions was founded to bring professional, compassionate document preparation services directly to the immigrant community in Chicago and beyond.
From the Community, For the Community
Coming from a family of immigrants, founder Daniel Diaz understands the sacrifices behind starting over in a new country — and the hopes that families place in the immigration process. That connection shaped his career and ultimately inspired him to open his own office.
Before founding Guided Immigration Solutions, Daniel spent more than a decade working in immigration law firms, advancing into senior paralegal, supervisory, and executive-level positions. He helped support high-volume filing operations handling thousands of cases per month, while developing extensive experience preparing complex humanitarian and family-based immigration matters.
In 2025, Daniel founded Guided Immigration Solutions LLC to bring his experience and personal commitment directly to the community. His vision was to build an office where clients could communicate comfortably in English or Spanish, understand the document preparation process, and feel that their concerns were being heard.
"We are here to make the process clear, organized, and accessible — for every family."
